Every person who furnishes labor, equipment, materials, and supplies for use on a project who may later seek to establish lien rights, must serve a Preliminary Notice. AZ Lien does all preparation, research, and service according to state statutes.

  Mechanic's Lien The step following the Preliminary Notice would be the preparation, service, and recordation of the Mechanic's Lien. The Mechanic's Lien must be recorded in the county where the project takes place and must include contracts, invoices, and copies of preliminary notices.
